About Us

Our Mission

Empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead healthy, fulfilling lives through comprehensive wellness, fitness, mental health support, advocacy, and other assistance — serving communities in Liberia and the United States.

Our Vision

A connected, inclusive world where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Liberia and the USA have equal opportunity, access to high-quality supports, and the tools they need to thrive physically, mentally, and socially.

Why We Exist We were founded to close gaps in care and opportunity for people often left out of mainstream health, fitness, and social support. By combining culturally adapted services in two countries, we build bridges between communities, share best practices, and scale programs that promote independence, dignity, and belonging.

Leadership with Lived Perspective Our leadership is shaped by lived experience. Having navigated personal adversity, our Executive Director brings a survivor-informed perspective that guides our commitment to safety, confidentiality, and trauma-aware care. That experience drives our focus on respectful, empowering services that prioritize individual choice and healing.
